Job requirements

As a Multimedia Lead Specialist, you will play a crucial role in building a shared service function which will be responsible for creating visually compelling presentations and videos that effectively communicate the benefits of our services to clients and prospects. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about multimedia services and enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


  • Collaborate with the teams to understand their presentation and video requirements and translate them into visually appealing and engaging designs.
  • Create visually stunning PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate the benefits and features of our benefits administration services.
  • Develop multimedia content, including images, infographics, and animations, to enhance the visual appeal and storytelling of presentations.
  • Design and produce high-quality videos, including shooting, editing, and post-production, to support sales and marketing initiatives in the benefits administration industry.
  • Incorporate multimedia elements, such as images, videos, animations, and interactive features, into presentations to create engaging and interactive experiences for clients.
  • Ensure that all multimedia content aligns with the company's branding guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity specific to benefits administration services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and subject matter experts in benefits administration, to gather necessary content and input for multimedia projects.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and tools specific to multimedia design and video production in the benefits administration industry.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality.
  • Provide guidance to teams on best practices for creating visually appealing and effective multimedia presentations.
  • Establish and lead a team of resources (within US and globally) to deliver presentation and video support for internal and external clients. 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 
  • Proven experience in multimedia design, including creating visually appealing presentations and videos.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint design, with the ability to create engaging and interactive presentations.
  • Strong graphic design skills, including the ability to create visually appealing images, infographics, and animations.
  • Proficiency in video production software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
  • Experience in shooting, editing, and post-production of videos, including knowledge of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques.
  • Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition specific to multimedia design.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex information and data related to benefits administration services.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 
  • Proven experience building and managing teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
